Please read carefully. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 877 Game. 1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are written in English (en-PK) and are designed to be understood by users in Pakistan. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must meet the following criteria to open and maintain an account at 877 Game:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 877 Game strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
- You must not be accessing 877 Game from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
- You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, bots, and automated systems are not permitted.
- You must not be listed on any sanctions, exclusion, or self-exclusion register maintained by 877 Game or its regulatory partners.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
877 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or equivalent) at any stage. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any balance held pending review. Accounts confirmed to belong to persons under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited, as required by responsible gaming policy.
If you allow any person under the age of 18 to access a device on which you are logged in to 877 Game, responsibility for any resulting play rests entirely with you as the account holder.
3. Account Registration & Verification
Each individual may hold only one account at 877 Game. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function rather than creating a new account.
During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information. False information — including a name that does not match your CNIC, an incorrect date of birth, or a Pakistani mobile number that does not belong to you — is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
877 Game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to supply one or more of the following before withdrawals are processed:
- Copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC) front and back

- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. 877 Game will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you.
4. Deposits & Payment Methods
877 Game operates an entirely PKR-denominated platform. All deposits, balances, bets, and winnings are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion applied to your account at any stage.

- IBFT — interbank funds transfer via any Pakistani bank

The minimum single deposit is Rs 300 unless a specific promotion states otherwise. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though 877 Game may apply account-level limits for risk management purposes. Deposits are credited to your playing balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
You must only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and your account reviewed.
877 Game does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges, which are your responsibility to understand before depositing.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawals from 877 Game are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. If the original method is unavailable, 877 Game customer support will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to 48 hours while documentation is reviewed.
877 Game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a security measure designed to protect your funds and is not punitive. Common reasons for a verification request include:
- First withdrawal from a newly registered account
- Withdrawal amount significantly above account average
- Change of registered payment method
- Incomplete KYC documentation on file
Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn. Real-money funds deposited by you (i.e. your own PKR, excluding bonus) are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the minimum amount and verification requirements.
Attempting to withdraw funds while any bonus wagering requirement remains outstanding will either result in the withdrawal being declined or in the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited. Check your bonus status in your account dashboard before requesting a withdrawal.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
877 Game offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has specific terms published on the Promotions page. Those specific terms take precedence over the general statements in this section.
General bonus rules that apply across all 877 Game promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to verified accounts aged 18 or over only.
- Welcome bonuses are available once per individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
- Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly on every promotion page — typically between 15× and 35× the bonus amount.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Certain casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rate for each game category is listed on the relevant promotion page.
- Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period (usually 7–30 days). Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited without compensation.

Suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or employing automated systems — will result in bonus voiding, account suspension, and may result in permanent account closure.
7. Sports Betting Rules
877 Game offers real-money betting on a wide range of sports including cricket (PSL, T20I, ODI, Test), football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, and more. The following rules apply across all sports betting markets on 877 Game.
Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 877 Game at the displayed odds. 877 Game reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without giving a reason. Bets placed are final once confirmed — you will receive a bet reference number on successful placement.
Odds: 877 Game uses decimal odds format. Displayed odds reflect the total return per unit staked including the original stake. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. In-play odds update continuously as the event progresses.
Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not reach the required completion stage for a result to stand. Stakes for void bets are returned to your account balance.
Results and Settlement: Bets are settled using the official result from the relevant governing body (PCB for cricket, FIFA for international football, etc.). 877 Game is not obligated to accept unofficial score updates from third-party sources.
Minimum and Maximum Bets: The minimum single bet is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event type, and account standing. Maximum payout limits per market are displayed at the time of bet placement.
Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available on eligible markets at 877 Game. Cash Out value is calculated in real time and may be higher or lower than your original stake. Once a Cash Out instruction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. Cash Out may be suspended at any time if live data feeds are unavailable.
8. Casino, Ludo & Other Games
877 Game offers casino games, live dealer tables, Aviator, Roulette, Virtual Sports, and Ludo with real PKR stakes. All game outcomes are produced by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, for live dealer games, by physical results from real cards, wheels, or dice observed by live camera.
For games that support it (including Aviator and selected Ludo formats), 877 Game operates a provably fair verification system. The seed used to determine game outcomes is committed before each round and verifiable after. Details of how to verify outcomes are available in your account's game history section.
Minimum and maximum bet limits for casino games and Ludo tables are displayed within the game interface before you commit funds. 877 Game reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Game results are final once the round is complete. If a technical error interrupts a round before completion, the round is considered void and stakes are returned.
Live dealer tables may have session hours and capacity limits. If a table is full, you will be placed in a waiting list or offered an alternative table. 877 Game is not responsible for delays caused by table capacity constraints.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on 877 Game and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance:
- Opening more than one account or assisting another person in opening an account to circumvent a restriction or claim multiple bonuses
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical faults in the Platform — you must report any such issues to 877 Game support immediately rather than taking advantage of them
- Colluding with other players, including betting on opposite outcomes across two accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the result ("hedging across accounts")
- Placing bets using knowledge of an outcome already known, including in-play betting after an event has effectively been decided but before the official result is confirmed
- Money laundering — using the 877 Game Platform to move or conceal funds of illegal origin
- Providing false identity information, forged documents, or impersonating another person
- Using credit borrowed from a third party to fund a 877 Game account without the lender's knowledge
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing 877 Game staff through any channel
877 Game monitors account activity continuously. If prohibited conduct is detected, 877 Game may freeze your account and withhold funds pending investigation. Where there is credible evidence of fraud or money laundering, 877 Game will report the matter to the appropriate Pakistani authorities.
10. Security & Privacy
877 Game takes the security of your personal data and funds seriously. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from 877 Game's operational funds, at all times. In the event that 877 Game ceased operations, segregated player funds would be returned to players before any other creditor claims.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the 877 Game Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In summary: we collect only the data needed to operate your account, we do not sell your data to third parties, and we retain data only for as long as legally required or necessary for account management.
877 Game uses HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We recommend that you:
- Use a unique, strong password for your 877 Game account
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available
- Log out after each session on shared devices
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
11. Responsible Gaming

- Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind
Nothing in these Terms limits 877 Game's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Amendments to These Terms
877 Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — 877 Game will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform.
Continued use of 877 Game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of any balance in your account.
